Memory allocation failure.

Hi All ~ I am using SQL Server 2008 R2 32BITS on Windows 2008 32BITS.  When I use sp_send_dbmail to send attachment, about 10MB

and then

Msg 22051, Level 16, State 1, Line 0
Memory allocation failure.

Are there any workaround/solution ?

I look into total and target server memory ,
