sql user

select  GETDATE(),SYSDATETIME()
select  GETDATE(),SYSDATETIME()
select  GETDATE(),SYSDATETIME()
select  GETDATE(),SYSDATETIME()
select  GETDATE(),SYSDATETIME()

if I run by pressing F5
I am getting the same result why it is not changing ?
