Backups

Hi,

We are using SQL Server 2012

I want to know about the changes/transactions which happen during a full backup is running. Does the full backup will contain those changes as well? 

2. What about the t-log backups during the full backup. My full backup takes around 1 hour, in this one hour I have around 10 t-log backups, do I need to apply those t-logs as well?
