Cannot connect to USER-PC\SQLEXPRESS.

i am making a project in asp.net and i use visual studio 2012. for database i am using sql sever 2008 R2 .... bt when i run my project then this error is shown. the same project is run perfectly in another machine. bt i cant run that project for this error
