Exception msg0 while running an extended stored procedure

Hi friends

I am using  an extended stored procedure in Microsoft SQL Server 2012(SP1) X64. Stored procedure works fine and it returns correct value to MS SQL Server, but each time I see an exception with the resault in MS SQL Server which says:

Msg 0, Level 11, State 0, Line 0

A severe error occurred on the current command.  The results, if any, should be discarded.
