hi. a blind it student, and was using windows 8.1 , but rrolled back to windows 7 64 bit pro. now got sql server developer 2014, 64 bit, and now i cannot imnport my mdf files, or my dacpack, created for an assignment. and also cannot import the adventure
works 2014 or 2012. using visual studio 2015 community edition and was able to create a connection, but only the local version, and now just tried to use the 32 bit import wizard, almost got to the end, then it said it stopped working and then debug or close.
any work arounds. using a screen reader jaws for windows from http://www.freedomscientific.com. any other more accessible interfaces or other programs to work around, just want to import my databases. Also i tried using create new database in sql management
studio, but said the file name was empty when i typed it in. frustrated.
