Enabling FileStream - error

Hi

I have clustered SQL 2012 servers, when I try to enable the filestream in the active node, I am getting the below error.

"There was an unknown error applying the filestream settings. Check the parameter are valid 0x800713d6"

As per my research I have tried all the below items, but nothing helps.

1. The SQL server 2012 & and OS both are 64 bit – so no issue here for WOW64 or 32 bit SQL in 64 bit OS.
2. It looks like someone already enabled and disabled the filestream on that Instance, so I have restarted the SQL Instance as well as the OS. But still getting the same error msg
3. The share folder is in the cluster resource and the service account has full access to it.
