Severity 016, 20 : An error occurred in a Service Broker/Database Mirroring transport connection endpoint

Hi, Today morning I got an error log as,
the first error :
Length specified in network packet payload did not match number of bytes read; the connection has been closed. Please contact the vendor of the client library. [CLIENT: x.x.x.x] the x.x.x.x ip my proxy server.
and the second error :
An error occurred in a Service Broker/Database Mirroring transport connection endpoint, Error: 8474, State: 11. (Near endpoint role: Target, far endpoint address: '')
But here is a note: I don't have any mirroring or replication.
Please anyone explain me on this.
