Difference between Non Clustered and Column Store Index

Hi Guys,

Is there any difference between non clustered Index and Column store Index in a table?

Could anyone explain the differences between these two indexes?

Is there any performance Improvements happen if I convert some of my existing NCI to Column store Indexes?
