Hi All,
I am new to SQL Server and I have just 6 months of experience in SQL Server DBA and I don't have in depth knowledge on SQL Server.
One of my customer said that BAD SQL Server because its always causing high CPU utilization. I know there are lot of reasons for high CPU utilization and performance tuning is not an one time activity and it will take time to find root cause of the issue.
Can you please suggest how to give reply to below message (professional reply). I am beginner to IT industry and not sure how to respond such kind of stupid messages as professional way.
Basically he belongs to Oracle technology.

if I have a BAD sql which is consuming 100% CPU on the system and I have done the all (Index Rebuild, Updating statistics, Query Tunning) but still no improvement .
Then how MS SQL server control the situations.
