Database Rebuild index failed with the following error: "Lock request time out period exceeded

Hi,

I have run the job every weekend. The job was failed show the below error. 

Executing the query "ALTER INDEX [IX_Customer_CustomerID] ON [dbo].[Custom..." failed with the following error: "Lock request time out period exceeded.". Possible failure reasons: Problems with the query, "ResultSet" property not set correctly, parameters not set correctly, or connection not established correctly.

Please help me!
